  • Yes. Those of any background, spiritual belief, or stage in life are welcome at True North. We focus on what we have in common. We’ll dig into the uncomfortable, but you’ll rise to new heights.

  • Absolutely. Our coaching can make a difference to anyone: upstart entrepreneurs, wellness coaches, leaders, mothers, teenagers, those who are going through a life transition, and anyone with questions about the bigger picture.

• How do I know if coaching would be valuable to my team?

  • Investing in yourself is the best decision you could ever make. You are the central point of every element of your life. Everything around you elevates when you take steps to create a better balance. The difference for leaders will be unprecedented.

• What can I expect in Nourished Femme?

  • We believe in creating inclusive and safe spaces. We allow breathing room for women to transform and take the lead. Our path guides individuals through self-awareness and real change. The program does require an ability to get comfortable with being uncomfortable—and to show up for every session.

• What can I expect in a 1:1 session?

  • Together, we’ll dive even further. Our team will fully customize your program to the roadblocks you describe and to your personalized goals. We’ll move forward faster than you could ever imagine as we create a more balanced life in every sense.

• Is there a contract or other long-term commitment?

  • At True North, we truly want to make a difference in the lives of those we work with, ultimately creating a reverberating impact on the organization for the better. Our partnership represents an “at-will” opportunity. Either party is free to part ways at any time and for any reason.
     

• Are your services offered online or in-person?

  • (Maybe mention here what they need—a laptop, cell phone, app, etc. We can add this later once you get set up through Jedari.)

• What does it mean to be True North Certified? How do I achieve the certification?
